Bucky Edgett has written a neat essay entitled The Touch about a totally smartmobblish near future. It’s a short, deftly written piece, and the kicker comes at the end when Buck asks us all to decide which of three scenarios will play out in that Touched future after a Rodney-King-style event takes place.
