E-Democracy.Org is looking for a few good geeks. It takes sustained, dedicated effort to foster informed debate among citizens online. “Electronic democracy” turned out to be far from a plug-and-play set of tools. While many, including myself, have theorized for years about the democratizing potential of many-to-many media, a few people like Steven Clift have been doing it.
