The famous Ars Electronica is happening in Linz (Austria) again, reports I4U. The theme for this years Festival is Timeshift - The world in 25 years.

More exciting than this are “the Seven Mile Boots” that enable users to “walk” between Internet Chat Rooms. The Boots have wireless LAN connectivity. Text to Voice software is reading text encountered in a Browser”.
