Beheading video man sent to jail
September 28th, 2005

A man who used his mobile phone to replay footage of a beheading in Iraq to a hotel shop worker has been jailed for 60 days, reports the BBC.

“Subhaan Younis, 23, played the images to shocked Charlotte McClay last September at a hotel in Glasgow.

The part-time shop worker said he had downloaded the images onto his mobile phone from the internet.

The magistrate told Younis: “I struggle to understand why you had images on your phone entailing the death and degradation of another human being, regardless of their religion or race.

“Miss McClay was shocked, upset and distressed by the images. This is a serious offence and something she will remember for a long time, perhaps for the rest of her life.”

A beleive its all a joke! For one plain reason if all that is allowed on the internet and the for sure dont show you all the other images to blur the public and make them beleive wat they want us to! There are plenty sites out there that show you images that would make you sick cause wat really happens is hidden thats the only way we can see for ourselfs , wat happened to younis was just to show the public that look we’re doin smethin about it but in reality they just made an example of him ! Its a shame.
