Blackberry legal setback

Research in Motion Ltd. had a legal setback in a patent infringement case today, which according to Reuters is “raising pressure to settle or face a possible shutdown of its U.S. mobile e-mail service.” The story goes on to say “the judge could issue an injunction, but several analysts doubt that RIM will have to stop selling BlackBerries.” Knowing how attorneys lead the pack of Blackberry addicts, I suspect the legal community will help work something out.
