“Young,first-time U.S. car buyers turn to the Internet,more than parents or friends,to research their purchase, according to a study released Tuesday”,this USAToday article says.”Thirty-five percent of the first-time buyers said the Internet was their most important source of information when making decisions about their first vehicle. Twenty-five percent said their parents were most important,while 13% ranked their friends’ opinions as most important.The study,by the Polk Center for Automotive Studies, interviewed 366 first-time buyers ages 18 to 30 from across the country”.
