I was contemplating the long term cultural consequences of creating a society in which people want to be connected all the time and I ended up with this bit:
The Age of Distraction
I have coined the term ‘age of distraction’ to describe what I think we are moving into…..
…maybe just maybe, it isn’t the new behavior that needs to be adapted to the old environment, but instead it is that we need the old environments to transform into line with the new environments in which we practice our new behaviors.
