Miss America 2007’s Miss Congeniality winner will be picked in part by public votes through the pageant website and by text messages. The new rules are:

For the 2007 pageant, all 52 contestants have voted on their pick for Miss Congeniality after attending Pageant School. They were not allowed to vote for themselves. The top three contestants will be announced Jan. 26.
