As all the talk goes on about Web 2.0 type changes in the virtual world, a terrific place to see those changes in action is in what the web designers are doing with site relaunches. A very participatory feel to the new TED site is how you can ‘resize’ the homepage by: most talks, most emailed, most discussed, recently updated. For example, ‘What Makes Us Happy’ gets very small for most emailed and among the biggest for most discussed.
