The “Best Post of the Week” in Carnival of the Mobilists #83 is Howard’s titled “Everything Is Miscellaneous is important.” Although not directly about current mobile events, the concepts in the book Howard calls important are fundamental to mobile. Being mobile in miscellany is the best of all moves.

This week’s Carnival is held at Hogwarts in the Golden Swamp — picking up on the point that the Epilogue of the final Harry Potter book tells why the fabled school must prepare to educate a new generation. Will the Muggles be as smart as wizards and soon bring mobile learning to their schools?
