This quote is from a recent Stanford Social Innovation Review blog post by a senior research fellow with the Center for Civil Society in the UCLA School of Public Affairs, wondering out loud about how mobile technologies can and will change the work of political and social activists. No doubt he should read Howard’s stuff, take a look at Mobile Active, and perhaps attend the Mobiel Active 07 conference for “mobile activists” in Sao Paulo, Brazil on November 24-25.

I like the phrase though.
