The World Bank and IFC will present their Doing Business 2008 report this Friday, October 26th in Second Life on Activ8 Island at 11am EDT.

The report compares how easy it is for people to start and operate a successful business in 178 economies. Second Life was deemed an ideal setting for the presentation because it “is on the frontier of collaboration and technology. It brings people from around the world together by removing boundaries” said Dahlia Khalifa, spokesperson for the Doing Business report.
