In the Winter, 1991 issue of Whole Earth Review, which I edited, the theme was “Questioning Technology.” When looking for an article by Langdon Winner, recommended by the late Steve Cisler, my friend James Jacobs unearthed this old Tom Tomorrow cartoon, which introduced that issue.
