In honor of Super Bowl Sunday (which just happens to coincide with “Roland’s Sunday Smart Trends.”) Smart Mobs would like just 3 minutes of your attention.
Last year Twitter (which was heralded by Roland as a “Smart Trend”) shared some very interesting data-visualizations in a blog posting highlighting Tweets during the Super Bowl last year.
This graph shows the percentage of updates per minute during the big game normalized to the average number of updates per minute during the rest of the day.
