Since it may be assumed that black money or unauthorized money were obtained by illegal or unlawful measures, the government can seize them and use them for charitable purposes and as there are sufficient amounts of these funds in the banks worldwide, it should be used as a source in solving this emergency.

The IMF estimates the total amount of black money in the world at over $ 18 trillion. In the recent certain months, there were reports on news media on Swiss banks having black money deposits, with India,Russia, the UK and Ukraine being foremost in the list with $1.4-1.5 trillion, $470billion, $ 390 billion and $100 billion respectively. Analyzing the size of the money, it can be assumed that a portion of the interest on this wealth alone should be enough to meet the overall needs of the region. Although the Swiss banks currently do not provide interest on deposits and in the past when it did provide interest on them, they were in the range of 0.25-0.50 % from the year 2009 .However it may be assumed that other banks may provide interest on such money and if that is the case, a portion of it can be used towards this cause.
