Um, if an act is done for the purposes of a reward, then it most definitely is NOT a favor.

When cash changes hands, it’s not a favor at all. Call it a job board but don’t use the word “favor”.
For trading favors, I use Zakle.com. It’s people helping people and no cash changes hands. It’s more altruistic that way.
