Better known as Chel, than Michelle, I am also a virtual assistant and social media consultant. 1/2 Southern Belle I grew up in a very small town and not content to stay there I’ve since explored several cities across the US. I love waking up to the sound of ambulances and coffee on every corner. These things inspire me. I found my passion in helping others by beginning my business as a virtual assistant. I also take great pleasure in navigating the ways of social networks and helping business understand how they work and how they can join the conversation with their customers and clients. Social media is making it easier for businesses to reach out, improve and gives an advantages that other businesses just won’t manage when they aren’t getting personal. Chel Pixie came to me as my Second Life name and you can often hear me referred to as a pixie. What started out as pixels on the screen came to be my alter personality and then my personal brand. In Second Life, I’ve had experience managing events, and had the pleasure of working with both Chris Collins (Fleep Tuque) and Eric Rice (Eric Rice) during Relay for Life’s music events. As a fan of Matthew Ebel and project lead of Virtual Hot Wings, I partnered with Christopher Penn to release an authorized fan bootleg of some of Matt's live shows ( http://www.virtualhotwings.com ). Not content for it to be a CD that provides income for a starving independent musician, Christopher and I are coming up with ways to improve and add to the content on Virtual Hot Wings for a fan membership.
